FOR HOMEOWNERS, ADJUSTERS & AGENTS
We work your insurance claim with you
365 Restoration writes Xactimate-certified scopes, documents the loss to carrier standards and communicates directly with your adjuster — so the claim moves and the property gets put back together.
Claims portal
Upload your documents. Track your claim.
Sign in to upload your policy, adjuster correspondence and loss photos in one secure place — then follow your claim from submitted, through adjuster review and approval, to completion.
Use the same email address you gave us on your claim — your submissions and status appear automatically once you sign in.
Your claim checklist
Three steps, and exactly what you need to do at each one — so nothing stalls your claim.
Step 1
Documentation
What you do
- Call your carrier and open a claim — write down the claim number.
- Photograph every damaged room, wall, floor and contents before anything is moved.
- Save receipts for hotel, meals, tarps, fans or anything you bought after the loss.
- Upload your policy declarations page, claim number and photos in the claims portal.
What we handle
- — Emergency mitigation, moisture mapping and daily drying logs.
- — Time-stamped photo documentation attached to your claim file.
Step 2
Scope agreement
What you do
- Give us your adjuster's name, phone and email so we can speak for you.
- Forward any carrier letters, estimates or reservation-of-rights notices you receive.
- Review the scope we send you and tell us about anything we missed.
- Do not sign a carrier estimate as final before we have agreed the scope.
What we handle
- — Xactimate estimate written on your carrier's current regional price list.
- — Direct negotiation with the adjuster, plus supplements if hidden damage appears.
Step 3
Contractor start to finish
What you do
- Sign the work authorization and confirm your material and finish selections.
- Confirm your deductible and how the carrier is releasing payments.
- Walk the job with us at the halfway point and at completion.
- Send us the final punch list — we do not close a job with open items.
What we handle
- — One licensed contractor through demo, build-back and final cleaning.
- — Certificate of completion and final documentation packet for your carrier.
Upload claim photos
Already have photos on your phone? Send them now and they go straight into your claim file with a reference number. Already have one? Track your claim to see live Step 1–5 progress from the crew.
Certificate of Insurance & W-9
For adjusters, general contractors, property managers and customers.
Current certificates are issued on request so the certificate holder and project details are correct on the document you receive.
What we are — and what we are not
365 Restoration is a licensed contractor, not a licensed public adjuster or insurance agent. We document the loss, write the scope and estimate the repair work. We do not negotiate, adjust or settle your claim on your behalf, and nothing on this site is insurance or legal advice. Coverage decisions are made by your carrier under your policy.
Virginia law prohibits a contractor from paying, waiving, absorbing or rebating an insurance deductible. Your deductible is your responsibility, and we will never offer to cover it.
You always have the right to choose your own contractor in Virginia. A carrier's preferred-vendor list is a referral, not a requirement.
Read our full terms & claim disclosuresXactimate estimating
Every scope is written in Xactimate with current regional price lists, so your carrier receives an estimate in the format their desk adjuster already reviews.
Loss documentation
Time-stamped photos, moisture maps, daily drying logs and equipment readings — captured in the field and attached to your claim file.
Scope agreement first
We reach scope agreement with your adjuster before demolition or rebuild starts, which is what keeps supplements and delays down.
One contractor, start to finish
Mitigation, contents, and reconstruction under one license — no handoff gap between the emergency crew and the rebuild.
How a claim runs with us
- 01
Call us before or after you file
We can start emergency mitigation immediately. Carriers expect you to prevent further damage — that work is part of the claim.
- 02
We document the loss
Photos, readings and a written scope go into your file the same day, so nothing is argued about later from memory.
- 03
We talk to your adjuster
Estimate submitted in Xactimate, questions answered directly. You stay informed without playing middleman.
- 04
Repairs and final walkthrough
Reconstruction completed to pre-loss condition or better, with a closing walkthrough and completion documentation.

Claim questions
- Do you bill my insurance company directly?
- In most cases yes. With your authorization we invoice the carrier directly for covered work; you remain responsible for your deductible and for anything the policy does not cover.
- Do I have to use the contractor my insurer suggests?
- No. In Virginia you choose your own contractor. A preferred-vendor list is a referral, not a requirement.
- What if my claim is underpaid?
- We supplement with documentation — photos, readings and line-item Xactimate detail — rather than asking you to argue for it yourself.
- What if I have no coverage for this loss?
- We will price the work directly and give you a written scope, so you can decide what to do in phases if needed.
