These apply on every 365 job — in the app, on site, and after the job closes.
- Keys, lockbox codes, and alarm codes are used only for the assigned job, never shared with anyone outside my company, and returned or reset at completion.
- Customer names, addresses, phone numbers, insurance claim details, and pricing are confidential and will not be shared, sold, or posted publicly.
- I will not photograph or post job-site images identifying a customer without written permission from 365 Restoration.
- Job photos are uploaded through the 365 app and deleted from personal phones once they are in the system.
